At that point, why not just keep it and fix it as time/funds allow? Also, as much as I hate seeing it, a scrapyard will still give you a couple hundred bucks for it.

You'll need to tow it. It runs and drives, but is titled as unfit to avoid liability issues. This means that it will have to pass a safety to be road legal, and it requires a bit of everything.

This such a shame. I feel for you that it’s come to this. I’ve sent a few cars to charity but I stripped interior prior to having them towed, just because.

First of all enjoy BC! I spent half my childhood there and loved it. Awee :/ If it was road legal I’d have come over to grab it but I can’t get a trailer ready anytime soon plus I don’t have time to do much work until the snow comes. Sorry!
